This challenge was created with all fitness levels in mind! You're going to get a taste of so many different fitness modalities in this challenge: Dance Cardio, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Yoga, and so much more. I want you to figure out what works best for your body. One of the best ways to find your best fit, is by trying out different fitness modalities. You may find that certain days call for Yoga and other days call for HIIT. Every day is not created equal, so why should you do the same exercise regimen day after day? I want you to reinvent your exercise plan. Shake it up and make it work for you. I will guide you through your wellness journey but remember it is YOUR journey. This challenge is for your benefit, so I want you to reach out to me when you need it.
